Role Overview – Pediatrician in Dubai

As a Pediatrician in Dubai, you will provide comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and adolescents, including preventive care, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic paediatric conditions.

You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care and support positive health outcomes for young patients and their families. This role offers an excellent opportunity for both Specialist Pediatricians and GP-level doctors with formal qualifications in Pediatrics seeking to advance their careers in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct paediatric consultations and clinical assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic childhood illnesses
• Monitor growth, development, and overall child wellbeing
• Provide preventive healthcare, vaccinations, and health education
• Develop individualised treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
• Counsel parents and caregivers regarding child health and development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with DHA regulations
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centred care while maintaining high clinical standards

Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker
• Valid DHA License (Dubai Health Authority)
• Hospital experience is mandatory; clinic-only experience will not be considered
• Well-presented with a professional and patient-focused demeanour
• If applying at GP level, must hold a formal qualification in Pediatrics relevant to the role
• Junior Specialist Pediatricians may apply
• Available to join immediately
• Strong clinical, communication, and diagnostic skills

Salary & Benefits

Salary: AED 20,000 – AED 25,000 per month
