Role Overview – GP Internal Medicine

As a GP with Internal Medicine qualifications, you will provide comprehensive medical care for adult patients, including preventive healthcare, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic medical conditions.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver evidence-based care while promoting positive patient outcomes. This role is suitable for General Practitioners with Internal Medicine qualifications as well as Junior Specialists looking to advance their careers within a well-established healthcare organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical consultations and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic adult medical conditions
• Develop personalised treatment and preventive care plans
• Interpret laboratory investigations and diagnostic reports
• Provide health screening, chronic disease management, and patient education
• Refer patients appropriately to specialist services when required
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with DHA regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care

Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker
• Valid DHA License (Dubai Health Authority)
• Hospital experience is mandatory (clinic-only experience will not be considered)
• Well-presented with a professional demeanour
• For GP applicants: Formal qualification in Internal Medicine relevant to the role
• Junior Internal Medicine Specialists are welcome to apply
• Available to join immediately
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills

Salary & Benefits

Salary: AED 20,000 – AED 30,000 per month
