DrExpat is recruiting for Staff Nurse Midwifery & Women’s Health Jobs in Dubai with leading hospitals and maternity healthcare providers. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Registered Nurses and Midwives who are passionate about delivering exceptional care to women throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postnatal period.
As a Staff Nurse in Midwifery and Women’s Health, you will work alongside multidisciplinary maternity teams, providing compassionate, evidence-based care in antenatal, labour and delivery, postnatal, and women’s health settings. Role Overview
The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing and midwifery care while supporting mothers and newborns throughout their maternity journey. You will promote safe clinical practice, patient education, and outstanding patient experiences within modern hospital environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing and midwifery care across antenatal, labour, delivery, and postnatal services.
- Monitor maternal and fetal wellbeing throughout pregnancy and childbirth.
- Assist obstetricians and multidisciplinary teams during labour, delivery, and emergency procedures.
- Provide postnatal assessments, breastfeeding support, and newborn care education.
- Educate patients and families on maternal health, newborn care, and recovery.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with DHA and hospital policies.
- Promote patient safety while delivering compassionate, family-centred care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Midwifery.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Midwifery, Maternity, Obstetrics, or Women’s Health.
- Candidates from the UK, Ireland, South Africa, and the Philippines are preferred.
- DHA Eligibility Letter or willingness to complete UAE licensing.
- Strong experience supporting women through antenatal, labour, delivery, and postnatal care.
- Excellent patient communication, clinical assessment, and nursing skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary maternity teams.
Salary
AED 8,060 – AED 18,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
