Role Overview – Pulmonologist with Critical Care Experience in Dubai

As a Pulmonologist with Critical Care experience, you will diagnose and manage a wide range of respiratory diseases and provide specialised care for critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced respiratory support.

You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based pulmonary and critical care services while supporting positive patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic respiratory diseases
• Assess and treat critically ill patients requiring intensive care support
• Manage patients requiring mechanical ventilation and advanced respiratory interventions
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans for pulmonary and critical care conditions
• Conduct pulmonary consultations and diagnostic evaluations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centred care while maintaining high clinical standards
• Stay updated with advancements in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MD or MBBS) from a recognised institution
• Completed residency and fellowship training in Pulmonary Medicine and/or Critical Care
• American Board Certification in Pulmonary and/or Critical Care Medicine is mandatory
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-certification clinical experience
• Valid or transferable UAE licence (DHA, DOH, or MOH) or eligibility to obtain one
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine and continuous professional development
• Strong clinical, communication, and decision-making skills

Salary & Benefits

Salary: AED 70,000 – AED 90,000 per month
