This opportunity is ideal for experienced Pediatric Physiotherapists who are passionate about helping infants, children, and adolescents achieve optimal physical function and developmental milestones.

The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and manage children with neurological, musculoskeletal, developmental, and congenital conditions while working closely with pediatricians, orthopedic specialists, neurologists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams.

Role Overview

As a Pediatric Physiotherapist, you will provide comprehensive assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, and physical disabilities. You will develop individualized therapy programs that promote mobility, independence, and improved quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat infants, children, and adolescents with developmental and physical disabilities.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
• Manage patients with neurological, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and developmental disorders.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence.
• Educate parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and ongoing rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with pediatricians and multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with DHA and hospital quality standards.
• Participate in continuing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Minimum 3–5 years of Pediatric Physiotherapy experience.
• Valid DHA / MOH / DOH License or Eligibility Letter.
• Experience managing children with developmental disorders.
• Certification or specialized training in Pediatric Physiotherapy is required.
• Strong communication, assessment, and patient management skills.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based pediatric rehabilitation.

Salary

AED 18,000 – AED 25,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
