Role Overview – MSK Physiotherapist

As an MSK Physiotherapist, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation needs, and chronic pain disorders.

You will develop personalised rehabilitation programmes, perform evidence-based manual therapy techniques, and collaborate with orthopaedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimise patient recovery and functional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose musculoskeletal injuries and movement disorders
• Develop personalised physiotherapy treatment plans
• Deliver manual therapy and evidence-based rehabilitation programmes
• Treat sports injuries, orthopaedic conditions, and chronic pain disorders
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional rehabilitation
• Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term recovery strategies
• Monitor treatment progress and modify rehabilitation plans as required
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with DHA regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Participate in continuing professional development and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation
• Experience in sports rehabilitation and orthopaedic physiotherapy
• Strong manual therapy and clinical assessment skills
• Valid DHA, DOH, or MOH Licence or Eligibility
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills

Salary & Benefits

Salary: AED 18,000 – AED 25,000 per month
