Role Overview – Endocrinologist in Dubai

As an Endocrinologist in Dubai, you will diagnose and manage a broad range of endocrine and metabolic conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, hormonal imbalances, osteoporosis, and adrenal and pituitary diseases.

You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care and contribute to the development of specialised endocrine services within one of the region’s leading healthcare networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage endocrine and metabolic disorders
• Assess and treat patients with diabetes and related complications
• Manage thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and reproductive hormone disorders
• Develop individualised treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
• Provide patient education and lifestyle management guidance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations
• Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
• Deliver high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence

Requirements

Medical degree from a recognised institution
MD, DM, CCT, or equivalent qualification in Endocrinology
DHA, DOH, or MOH eligibility or licence preferred
Minimum 5 years of specialist or consultant experience
Arabic-speaking or Western-trained candidates preferred
UAE experience preferred but not essential
Strong clinical and communication skills
Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to AED 60,000 per month
