Requirements:
• Tier 1 qualification (UK CCT / GMC or American Board)
• Board-certified Pediatric Consultant (no PEM subspecialty required)
• Proven experience working in Pediatric Emergency / ER settings
• Strong decision-making skills in acute and high-pressure environments
• Ability to manage pediatric trauma and emergency cases independently
• Eligibility for DHA Consultant license
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
