This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Consultant ENT Surgeon with subspecialty expertise in Head & Neck Surgery who is looking to join a well-established hospital in Dubai. The successful candidate will manage complex ENT and head & neck conditions, perform advanced surgical procedures, and work alongside a highly experienced multidisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art clinical environment.

Role Overview

As a Consultant ENT (Head & Neck Surgeon), you will diagnose and treat complex ear, nose, throat, and head & neck disorders while providing advanced surgical care. You will work closely with oncologists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive treatment plans and excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage complex ENT and head & neck disorders.
• Perform advanced head and neck surgical procedures, including tumor resections and airway surgeries.
• Manage patients with benign and malignant head & neck conditions.
• Perform tracheostomy and tracheotomy procedures when clinically indicated.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based clinical practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Mentor junior medical staff and participate in clinical education and training.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with DHA and hospital quality standards.

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency training program in Otolaryngology (ENT).
• Western-trained candidates preferred.
• Fellowship or advanced subspecialty training in Head & Neck Surgery is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ post-board certification experience as a Consultant ENT Surgeon.
• Proven experience managing head and neck tumors and performing tracheostomy/tracheotomy procedures.
• Commitment to teaching, mentoring, and training junior medical staff.
• Eligibility for Consultant licensure with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.

Salary

AED 70,000 – AED 85,000 per month
