Role Overview – Specialist IVF

As a Specialist IVF, you will diagnose and manage infertility cases while providing advanced assisted reproductive treatments for individuals and couples. You will work closely with embryologists, fertility nurses, obstetricians & gynecologists, endocrinologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver high-quality fertility care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage male and female infertility cases
• Perform fertility evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage IVF, ICSI, ovulation induction, and assisted reproductive procedures
• Monitor patients throughout fertility treatment cycles
• Counsel patients on fertility options, treatment outcomes, and reproductive health
• Collaborate with embryologists and multidisciplinary fertility teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with fertility treatment protocols
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education

Requirements

• Western-trained candidates preferred
• Experience in IVF, ICSI, fertility treatments, and reproductive medicine
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant IVF experience
• UAE/GCC fertility center experience is an advantage
• Valid DHA, DOH, or MOH license or eligibility preferred
• Arabic-speaking candidates preferred
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to AED 65,000 per month
