DrExpat is recruiting for Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon Jobs in Dubai with a leading multi-specialty healthcare provider. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Arabic-speaking Orthopedic Surgeons currently practicing in the UAE who are looking to join a modern healthcare organization equipped with advanced medical technology and a highly experienced multidisciplinary team.
The successful candidate will diagnose and treat a broad range of musculoskeletal disorders, perform general orthopedic procedures, and deliver high-quality patient care in line with international clinical standards. Candidates with UAE private healthcare experience and a valid DHA License or Eligibility Letter are highly encouraged to apply.

Role Overview
As a Specialist Orthopedic Surgeon, you will provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and surgical management for patients with bone, joint, muscle, ligament, and tendon disorders. You will work closely with physiotherapists, radiologists, and other specialists to deliver outstanding patient outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic orthopedic conditions.
- Perform general orthopedic surgical procedures and non-surgical treatments.
- Assess patients using clinical examinations and diagnostic imaging.
- Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with DHA regulations.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care while maintaining high clinical standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently based in the UAE (applications from outside the UAE will not be considered).
- Arabic speaker (mandatory).
- Specialist or Consultant in Orthopedic Surgery (General Orthopedics only).
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter.
- Recognized medical degree with completion of specialty training in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience (Specialist level).
- Minimum 5+ years of post-specialization experience (Consultant level).
- UAE private healthcare experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, clinical, and patient management skills.
