Role Overview – Specialist Pediatrician in Dubai

As a Specialist Pediatrician in Dubai, you will provide comprehensive healthcare services for infants, children, and adolescents, including preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic paediatric conditions.

You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care while supporting positive health outcomes for young patients and their families. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient consultations and comprehensive paediatric assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic childhood illnesses
• Monitor growth, development, and overall child wellbeing
• Provide preventive healthcare services, vaccinations, and health education
• Develop individualised treatment plans based on evidence-based practices
• Counsel parents and caregivers regarding child health and development
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with DHA regulations
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centred care while maintaining high clinical standards

Requirements

• Medical Degree from a recognised university
• Specialisation in Pediatrics
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialisation experience
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (mandatory)
• Hospital experience in General Pediatrics
• Fluency in Filipino is mandatory
• Strong clinical, communication, and patient management skills

Salary & Benefits

Salary: AED 40,000 – AED 45,000 per month
