Role Overview – Specialist Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

As a Specialist Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, you will diagnose and manage oral and facial conditions, perform complex surgical procedures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat oral and maxillofacial conditions
• Perform dentoalveolar surgery, facial trauma surgery, and dental implant procedures
• Manage corrective jaw and reconstructive surgical cases
• Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Ensure compliance with international surgical and patient safety standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education

Requirements

• Specialist qualification in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialist experience preferred
• Experience in dentoalveolar surgery, facial trauma, implants, and corrective jaw procedures
• Strong surgical and clinical skills
• Hospital or multispecialty clinic experience is an advantage
• Valid DHA / DOH / MOH eligibility or license preferred

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: Up to AED 65,000 per month
