Role Overview – Specialist Obstetrics and Gynecology (Filipino Speaker)

As a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynecologist, you will provide comprehensive care across all stages of women’s health, including preventive gynecological services, antenatal care, labour and delivery management, and postnatal support.

You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care while supporting positive maternal and women’s health outcomes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for Filipino-speaking specialists who are passionate about women’s healthcare and wish to advance their careers within one of Dubai’s established healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient consultations for obstetric and gynecological conditions
• Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care for pregnant patients
• Diagnose and manage gynecological and reproductive health conditions
• Perform routine obstetric and gynecological procedures within the scope of practice
• Monitor high-risk pregnancies and coordinate multidisciplinary management where required
• Provide preventive women’s healthcare services and patient education
• Counsel patients on family planning and reproductive health matters
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in accordance with DHA regulations
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centred care while maintaining high clinical standards

Requirements

• Medical Degree from a recognised university
• Specialisation in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (mandatory)
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialisation experience
• Hospital experience is mandatory
• Fluency in Filipino is mandatory
• Strong clinical and communication skills
