Role Overview – IVF Specialist
As an IVF Specialist, you will diagnose and treat infertility, perform advanced reproductive procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary fertility team.
You will play a key role in delivering world-class reproductive healthcare while working in a hospital environment that supports innovation and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fertility consultations and diagnostic evaluations
- Diagnose male and female infertility conditions
- Perform ovarian stimulation protocols and monitoring
- Carry out egg retrieval procedures and embryo transfer
- Manage IVF cycles, ICSI, IUI, and fertility preservation treatments
- Provide counselling and treatment guidance to patients
- Collaborate with embryologists and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate patient records following UAE healthcare regulations
- Stay updated with advancements in reproductive medicine
Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree
- Specialisation in Reproductive Medicine / IVF
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility
- 3–5 years of post-specialisation experience in a reputable IVF centre
- Ability to perform full IVF cycle procedures independently
- Arabic & English speakers preferred (not mandatory)
- Available to join as soon as possible

- Salary: AED 45,000 – 50,000 per month
