Role Overview – IVF Specialist in Abu Dhabi
As an IVF Specialist in Abu Dhabi, you will provide comprehensive fertility evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for couples experiencing infertility. You will manage all stages of assisted reproductive technology (ART), including ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, fertility preservation, and patient counselling while working closely with embryologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage male and female infertility cases.
- Perform ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and fertility procedures.
- Develop individualized IVF treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Monitor IVF cycles and optimize treatment outcomes.
- Counsel patients regarding fertility options, treatment protocols, and reproductive health.
- Collaborate with embryologists and multidisciplinary fertility teams.
- Maintain accurate medical records and comply with UAE healthcare regulations.
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered reproductive care.
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).
- Specialization in IVF / Reproductive Medicine / Obstetrics & Gynecology.
- Valid DOH license or eligibility preferred.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English.
- Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization experience in a reputable IVF or fertility center.
- Experience performing egg retrieval, embryo transfer, ovarian stimulation, and fertility treatments.
- Strong communication, counselling, and patient management skills.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
