Role Overview – Specialist/Consultant Urologist

As a Specialist or Consultant Urologist, you will diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of urinary tract and male reproductive system disorders while delivering high-quality outpatient and procedural care. You will play a key role in expanding the department through excellent clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and long-term patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage urological conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system
• Perform outpatient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Conduct urological procedures and minor surgical interventions as required
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships to support practice growth
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with DHA regulations
• Participate in clinical audits and continuing professional development
• Contribute to service expansion through excellent patient outcomes and referrals

Requirements

• Must be a well-known Urologist within the Dubai healthcare market
• Proven track record of patient satisfaction and patient retention
• Valid DHA License as a Specialist or Consultant Urologist
• Currently practicing with a strong existing patient base in Dubai
• Open to both Specialist and Consultant level candidates
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional, patient-focused, and team-oriented approach
