The Company

A leading government healthcare organisation in Dubai is opening a brand-new, purpose-built cancer hospital that will bring diagnosis, treatment and supportive care together under one roof. Care will be delivered by multidisciplinary teams, with research and clinical trials at the heart of the service and a strong focus on patient and family wellbeing, including calm, healing spaces designed around the people who use them.

The Role

Help set up and lead the radiotherapy treatment team, shaping how patients are cared for from their first appointment through to the end of treatment.

• Help set up radiotherapy treatment services, workflows and procedures ready for opening.
• Lead, train and support a team of therapy radiographers.
• Work closely with oncologists and medical physicists to deliver safe, high-quality treatment.
• Put patient experience at the centre of the radiotherapy service.

Requirements:

• Degree in Therapeutic Radiography/Radiation Therapy, with professional registration (e.g. HCPC UK or European equivalent).
• Several years’ senior or lead experience in a dedicated cancer hospital or cancer centre.
• Experience setting up or expanding a radiotherapy service is an advantage.
