Role Overview
As a Consultant Pediatric Vascular Surgeon, you will diagnose and treat infants, children, and adolescents with complex vascular disorders, congenital vascular anomalies, and pediatric arterial and venous diseases. You will perform advanced vascular procedures while collaborating closely with pediatric surgeons, interventional radiologists, intensivists, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage congenital and acquired pediatric vascular disorders.
- Perform complex pediatric vascular and reconstructive surgical procedures.
- Treat vascular malformations, arterial and venous abnormalities, and complex vascular injuries.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary pediatric teams to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in emergency vascular interventions when required.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare standards.
- Contribute to clinical quality improvement, education, and research initiatives.
Requirements
- Western Board, CCT, CESR, American Board, or equivalent Tier 1 qualification in Vascular Surgery.
- Fellowship or significant experience in Pediatric Vascular Surgery.
- Minimum 3–5 years of post-board Consultant experience.
- Expertise in vascular malformations, pediatric arterial and venous disorders, and complex vascular reconstruction.
- Eligible for DOH, DHA, or MOH Consultant licensure.
- Experience in tertiary pediatric hospitals is preferred.
