The client is a hospital in Al Ain that has been serving the community for several decades. It offers inpatient care across various specialties and provides a wide range of healthcare services. Role Overview – Consultant Pediatric ENT
As a Consultant Pediatric ENT, you will provide specialized medical and surgical care for children with congenital and acquired ear, nose, throat, airway, and head and neck disorders. You will collaborate with pediatricians, anesthesiologists, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat pediatric ear, nose, and throat disorders
- Perform pediatric ENT surgical procedures when required
- Manage airway, hearing, sinus, and head & neck conditions in children
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary pediatric teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical governance initiatives
- Provide patient and family education on treatment and follow-up care
Requirements
- ENT Surgeon eligible for licensing under Pediatric ENT sub-specialty
- Minimum 2 years’ post-subspecialty experience in Pediatric ENT
- Experience in a tertiary care hospital setting
- Strong surgical and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
- DOH Consultant eligibility required
Salary & Benefits
Salary: AED 85,000 – AED 95,000
