Role Overview – ENT Specialist in Dubai

As an ENT Specialist in Dubai, you will independently manage outpatient ENT cases, diagnose and treat ear, nose, and throat conditions, and provide evidence-based care to patients across different age groups.

You will work alongside multidisciplinary teams while supporting one of the region’s leading healthcare networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage ear, nose, and throat disorders
• Conduct outpatient ENT consultations and assessments
• Perform diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning
• Manage acute and chronic ENT conditions
• Provide patient education and treatment counselling
• Maintain accurate medical records in line with UAE regulations
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Deliver evidence-based patient management strategies
• Support quality and clinical governance initiatives

Requirements

• Medical degree from a recognised institution
• MD / MS / Equivalent qualification in ENT / Otolaryngology
• DHA / DOH / MOH Eligibility or UAE License preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of specialist experience
• Ability to independently manage outpatient ENT cases
• Strong communication and patient management skills
• UAE experience preferred
• Bilingual candidates preferred
• Immediate availability is advantageous

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 45,000 – AED 55,000 per month
