Role Overview
DrExpat is hiring a Specialist Endocrinologist for a leading hospital in Al Ain. This role is ideal for experienced endocrinologists who are passionate about diagnosing and managing endocrine disorders while providing high-quality patient care in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will manage patients with diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal and pituitary diseases, osteoporosis, and other hormonal conditions while supporting the healthcare needs of a growing community.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine and metabolic disorders.
- Provide comprehensive care for patients with diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and calcium disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor long-term patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and medication management.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with UAE healthcare standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based clinical practice.
Requirements
- Specialist qualification in Endocrinology.
- Arabic speaking (mandatory).
- Willingness to work in a remote hospital setting.
- Valid DOH license or eligibility.
- Strong clinical decision-making and patient communication skills.
- Previous hospital experience is preferred.

- Salary: AED 85,000 – AED 95,000 per month
