Requirements:

· Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution

· Completion of Specialist Training in Orthopedic Surgery (CCT/CCST, FRCS, or equivalent)

· Subspecialty fellowship or extensive experience in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery

· Minimum 8–10 years of post-specialization experience in a reputed hospital

· Valid DHA License or eligibility for Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon license in Dubai

· Proven expertise in arthroscopic, reconstructive, and trauma surgeries of the upper limb

· Western-trained candidates preferred (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or equivalent)
