Role Overview
As a Consultant Hemato-Oncology (Bone Marrow Transplant), you will diagnose and manage patients with malignant and benign hematological disorders while leading bone marrow transplant (BMT) services. You will perform autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplants, collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology teams, and provide evidence-based treatment in a modern tertiary care environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage malignant and benign hematological disorders.
- Perform and oversee autologous and allogeneic bone marrow transplant procedures.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for hematology and hemato-oncology patients.
- Collaborate with oncology, pathology, radiology, and intensive care teams.
- Monitor transplant patients and manage post-transplant complications.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with UAE healthcare standards.
- Support teaching, research, and continuous medical education activities.
Requirements
- MBBS with DM/DNB/MD in Hematology or Hemato-Oncology.
- Fellowship or specialized training in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT).
- Minimum 5–8 years of post-qualification experience as a Consultant.
- Hands-on experience in autologous and allogeneic bone marrow transplantation.
- Strong exposure to malignant and benign hematological disorders.
- Valid DOH, DHA, or MOH license or eligibility.
