Requirements:
· Western-trained (e.g., UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Western Europe)
· Qualification: Recognised specialist certification in ENT (e.g., FRCS ORL-HNS, American Board Certification, FRACS, or equivalent)
· Experience: Minimum 5–7 years post-specialisation clinical experience in ENT practice
· Licensing: Eligible for UAE medical licensing (DHA, DOH, or MOH)
