Role Overview – Consultant ENT
As a Consultant ENT, you will diagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose, throat, and head & neck conditions, performing both routine and complex surgical procedures while delivering evidence-based patient care.
You will collaborate with anesthesiologists, radiologists, oncologists, audiologists, speech therapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat ear, nose, and throat disorders
- Perform endoscopic sinus and ear surgeries
- Manage head & neck conditions requiring surgical intervention
- Provide outpatient consultations and inpatient care
- Develop individualized treatment and surgical plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Follow international clinical and patient safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement and continuing medical education
Requirements
- MBBS with MS/DNB/FRCS in ENT
- Minimum 5 years of Consultant-level experience
- Expertise in otology, rhinology, and head & neck cases
- Experience in endoscopic sinus and ear surgeries
- Valid UAE medical license or eligibility
- Strong surgical, communication, and patient care skills
