Consultant Pediatrics (Acute Care) in Dubai

The Company

Our client is a leading healthcare provider in the UAE, recognized for delivering world-class medical services through advanced technology, multidisciplinary expertise, and patient-centered care. As part of its continued expansion, the organization is launching a new state-of-the-art hospital in Dubai, bringing together internationally trained physicians and healthcare professionals across a wide range of specialties.

Requirements:

• Board Certification, CCT, CCST, American Board, Canadian Board, MRCPCH, FRCPCH, or equivalent Consultant-level qualification in Pediatrics.
• Strong subspecialty experience in Acute Care Pediatrics, Pediatric Emergency Medicine, or Acute Pediatric Medicine.
• Minimum 5–10 years of post-board/consultant-level experience in a tertiary care pediatric hospital.
• Extensive experience managing acutely ill and critically unwell pediatric patients, including pediatric emergencies.
• Experience in a JCI-accredited or internationally recognized healthcare institution preferred.
• Current PALS, BLS, and ACLS certifications preferred.
• Strong leadership, clinical governance, multidisciplinary teamwork, and quality improvement experience.
• Eligible for DHA Consultant licensure

General Benefits:

• Salary Range: AED 80,000 to AED 90,000 per month
