Consultant Hematologist in Dubai
The Company
The client offers high-level medical treatment, diagnostics, and prevention services. Requirements:
- Western-trained Consultant Hematologist with a recognized Board Certification or equivalent specialist qualification from an internationally accredited training program.
- Eligible for or holding a valid DHA Consultant License (or meeting DHA eligibility requirements for Consultant registration).
- Minimum 8–10 years of post-board certification experience as a Consultant Hematologist in a reputable tertiary care or academic hospital.
- Extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of both benign and malignant hematological disorders, including leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, coagulation disorders, hemoglobinopathies, and bone marrow failure syndromes.
- Proficient in performing and interpreting bone marrow aspiration and biopsy procedures, as well as advanced hematological investigations.
- Experience in chemotherapy protocols, supportive care, blood transfusion practices, and multidisciplinary cancer management is highly preferred.
- Previous experience practicing in an internationally accredited healthcare environment with exposure to diverse patient populations.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory to effectively communicate with the patient population and multidisciplinary teams.
- Previous GCC or Middle East experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.
