Role Overview – ENT Surgeon
As an ENT Surgeon, you will diagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions in both adults and children. You will perform elective and emergency ENT surgical procedures while working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat adult and pediatric ENT disorders.
- Perform elective and emergency ENT surgical procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and treatment planning.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance standards.
- Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-based surgical care.
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) with specialization in Otolaryngology (ENT).
- Valid DHA Specialist or Consultant License.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification surgical experience.
- Proven experience performing ENT surgical procedures independently.
- Expertise in managing both adult and pediatric ENT conditions.
- Ability to perform elective and emergency ENT surgeries.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are highly preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: AED 45,000–AED 50,000 per month
