Role Overview – Consultant General Surgeon (Proctology)
As a Consultant General Surgeon, you will diagnose and treat patients with colorectal and anorectal disorders, perform elective and emergency surgical procedures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage colorectal and anorectal conditions
- Perform elective and emergency colorectal surgical procedures
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Ensure compliance with international patient safety standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education
Requirements
- Specialist qualification in General Surgery with expertise in Proctology or Colorectal Surgery
- UAE or local market experience preferred
- Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Strong surgical and clinical decision-making skills

Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: AED 65,000 – AED 80,000 per month
