The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions, postpartum recovery needs, and other women’s health concerns while working closely with obstetricians, gynecologists, urologists, and multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams.

Role Overview

As a Physiotherapist specializing in Pelvic Health, you will provide evidence-based assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction and women’s health conditions. You will develop individualized rehabilitation programs to improve function, reduce pain, and enhance patients’ quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunction and women’s health conditions.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation programs for antenatal and postnatal patients.
• Manage urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, and postpartum recovery.
• Deliver manual therapy, exercise therapy, and patient education based on evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, gynecologists, urologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with DHA and hospital quality standards.
• Educate patients on pelvic floor health, injury prevention, and long-term rehabilitation.
• Participate in continuing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Specialized training in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Valid DHA / MOH / DOH License or Eligibility Letter.
• Experience in women’s health rehabilitation, including antenatal and postnatal care.
• Strong assessment, manual therapy, and patient communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation services.

Salary

AED 18,000 – AED 25,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
