Role Overview – Pediatrician

As a Pediatrician, you will provide comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and adolescents while managing both preventive and acute pediatric conditions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver evidence-based treatment and build long-term relationships with patients and their families.

Candidates currently practicing within Dubai’s private healthcare sector and maintaining strong outpatient volumes are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric medical conditions
• Conduct outpatient consultations and routine child health assessments
• Monitor growth, development, and preventive healthcare needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients
• Educate and counsel parents on child health, nutrition, and preventive care
• Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records
• Contribute to service development and patient satisfaction initiatives

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution
• Currently practicing in Dubai private hospitals preferred
• Well-established patient base with strong OPD numbers
• Valid DHA License preferred
• Ability to contribute to hospital growth and patient referrals
• Energetic, approachable, and professional personality
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills

Salary & Benefits

Salary: AED 50,000 – AED 60,000 per month
