Role Overview – Consultant ENT (Head and Neck Surgeon)
As a Consultant ENT (Head and Neck Surgeon), you will diagnose and surgically manage complex disorders affecting the head, neck, thyroid, parathyroid, airway, and upper aerodigestive tract. You will work closely with oncologists, radiologists, endocrinologists, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver evidence-based surgical care and optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat complex head and neck disorders.
- Perform advanced head and neck surgical procedures.
- Manage thyroid, parathyroid, airway, and head & neck tumor surgeries.
- Develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology and surgical teams.
- Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and surgical records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education.
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Board Certification in ENT/Otolaryngology (ORL).
- Mandatory experience exclusively in Head and Neck Surgery.
- Expertise in head and neck tumors, thyroid, parathyroid, and airway surgeries.
- Minimum 5 years of Consultant-level experience.
- Eligible for DOH Consultant licensure.
- Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.
- Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: AED 85,000 – AED 95,000 per month
