Role Overview
As a Specialist Internal Medicine Physician, you will diagnose, treat, and manage a broad spectrum of adult medical conditions. You will provide comprehensive medical consultations, coordinate patient care, and contribute to improving clinical outcomes through evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions affecting adult patients.
- Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient Internal Medicine services.
- Develop individualized treatment and long-term disease management plans.
- Interpret laboratory investigations, imaging studies, and diagnostic tests.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with DOH and hospital standards.
- Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and chronic disease management.
- Participate in clinical audits, continuing medical education, and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) with specialization in Internal Medicine.
- Board certification or equivalent qualification in Internal Medicine.
- Hospital or clinic-based experience in Internal Medicine.
- Broad understanding of acute and chronic adult medical conditions.
- Experience managing both inpatient and outpatient medical services.
- Valid DOH/DHA/MOH License or eligibility is preferred.
- Excellent clinical decision-making, communication, and patient management skills.
- Available to join within 3 months.
