Kaneez Nabijee is the Founder and CEO of Dr. Expat, a leading medical licensing and recruitment agency transforming healthcare careers in the UAE and GCC.

After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Commercial Studies in 2000, Kaneez became a qualified Independent Financial and Mortgage Advisor, excelling in the finance industry for over 13 years. Her move to the UAE exposed gaps in the recruitment sector, particularly in transparency and service, which inspired her to create Dr. Expat in 2013.

Determined to set a new standard, Kaneez built Dr. Expat with a focus on integrity, service excellence, and personalized support. Today, the company is a trusted partner for healthcare professionals and institutions, bridging gaps and fostering trust across the region.
