Requirements:
- Pediatric intensivist with Western qualifications or training
- Specialization in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
- Proficiency in providing critical care to Pediatric patients with acute and life-threatening conditions
- Ability to manage complex medical cases in a PICU setting, including respiratory failure, septic shock, and trauma
- Strong clinical skills in Pediatric resuscitation, mechanical ventilation, and invasive monitoring
- Experience in coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatric surgeons, nurses, respiratory therapists, and social workers
- Preference for proficiency in Arabic language, but not essential
- Commitment to providing compassionate and family-centered care to pediatric patients and their families
- Compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and ethical guidelines in pediatric critical care practice
- Proficient in Arabic.
