Requirements:
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Residency training in general surgery with a focus on vascular surgery.
- Fellowship training or additional certification in vascular surgery.
- Valid consultant license to practice vascular surgery issued by the Ministry of Health (MOH).
- Extensive clinical experience in diagnosing and treating vascular conditions, including arterial and venous diseases.
- Proficiency in performing a wide range of vascular surgical procedures, such as endovascular interventions, bypass surgeries, and thrombectomies.
- Ability to interpret vascular imaging studies and diagnostic tests.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including interventional radiologists, cardiologists, and vascular technologists.
- Commitment to adhering to evidence-based practices and guidelines in vascular surgery.
- Adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements outlined by the MOH.
- Strong communication skills for patient consultation, education, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Dedication to continuous professional development and staying updated on advancements in vascular surgery techniques and technologies.
