Requirements:
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution
- Residency training in pediatrics with a focus on infectious diseases
- A valid medical license to practice in the UAE, preferably obtained through the MOH.
- Extensive experience and expertise in diagnosing and managing infectious diseases in pediatric patients
- Proficient in interpreting and implementing guidelines and protocols established by the MOH for pediatric infectious diseases
- Ability to work collaboratively with pediatric healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration, particularly with parents or guardians
- Up-to-date knowledge of pediatric infectious diseases, treatment modalities, and preventative measures
- Adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements outlined by the MOH
- Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives within the field of pediatric infectious diseases.
