Requirements:
- Medical Doctor (MD) degree with specialization in ophthalmology.
- Board certification in ophthalmology from a recognized medical board.
- A valid medical license to practice in the UAE, preferably through the MOH.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills may be preferred.
- Clinical expertise in diagnosing and treating eye conditions and diseases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient care and collaboration with a diverse patient population.
- Thorough knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations, standards, and MOH guidelines specific to ophthalmology.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with advancements in the field.
- Previous experience in ophthalmology research and publications may be preferred.
- Availability to participate in on-call duties and work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Dedication to patient-focused care, including eye examinations, diagnosis, treatment, and surgical procedures.
- Willingness to work in a healthcare setting under the auspices of the Ministry of Health (MOH) in the UAE.
General Benefits:
- Salary between 35,000-45,000 AED per month depending on experience
