Beyond the core business, they have a leading aesthetic dermatology provider of non-surgical Aesthetic & dermatological services. Requirements
The candidate shall be responsible for the success of the brand or brands at hand. Develop marketing strategies to increase a brand’s value and performance, including brand positioning, brand experience, market share, and profitability.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies: responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research: needs to stay up-to-date with market trends, conduct research to understand consumer needs, preferences, and behavior, and use data to optimize marketing strategies.
- Manage marketing campaigns: needs to oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Manage budgets: responsible for managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively to ensure the best possible return on investment.
- Collaborate with internal teams: needs to work closely with other teams, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage external relationships: build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as vendors, media outlets, and influencers.
- Measure and analyze results: needs to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze data, and report on key metrics to senior management
- Minimum 8 years’ with more than eight years of experience with the ability to handle brand management, social media campaigns, and organizing events in a similar industry is preferred
- Candidate should be Arabic speaking and have experience in Clinics (Medical) Ideally Aesthetic
Salary
Salary package Rial Omani 2000 p.m. (inclusive of all allowances) + Medical insurance
