Job Description Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities
This role includes but is not limited to • Leading the physicians of the hospital and implementing the strategy of the board. • Thorough understanding of the crucial factors for providing top quality patient care, sound medical practice and patient satisfaction. • Lead and implement the clinical direction for the organization. • Keep abreast of emerging models in health care delivery; identify and define new and innovative strategies to achieve business goals and objectives. • Identify opportunities to collaborate and develop clinical integration opportunities with other health delivery systems to achieve affordable outcomes. • Assist with the Accreditation processes and maintaining the standards. • Provide clinical guidance, support and education to the organization. • Participate and contribute to relevant hospital committees • Participate in senior management business and clinical strategy development and implementation. • Build and leverage cross functional collaborative relationships to achieve shared company goals. • Develop and implement strategic goals related to the quality improvement, management programs and accreditation standards.
Job Requirements /Qualifications
Education: At least 5 years’ experience in a similar clinical leadership role Fluent in English language and excellent communication skills. Arabic will be an advantage Familiarity with Joint Commission processes and mandates
Other Skills & Abilities:
- Must be able to clearly communicate with patients and their families, physicians and non-medical staff.
