Our Management Team


Kaneez Nabijee is the Founder and CEO of Dr Expat. Kaneez graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor in Business and Commercial Studies. She then went on to completing her Certificate in Financial Planning (FPC) and Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice (CeMap) where she qualified as an Independent Financial & Mortgage Advisor.

After working in the Finance industry for over 13 years, it was time to use her Business Skills and experience to make a change in the industry of Recruitment, and set up Dr Expat.

Mario Anthony is the Managing Director of Dr Expat. An accomplished management professional with over 25 years of experience working with the NHS as well as leading the company’s international operations, working closely with businesses in the GCC and Europe.

Before joining Dr. Expat in September 2013, Mario served as the Regional Manager for the Medic One Group in the UK managing multiple healthcare contracts for the NHS across London. Tenacious in building new business, securing customer loyalty and forging strong relationships with external businesses, Mario has used his past Business and Healthcare experience to Manage and form Dr. Expat as the leading Healthcare Recruitment provider in the UAE.

Mario is focused on providing a good customer experience to clients and candidates alike and by so doing, build brand loyalty.
